I have a new 06 Z touring roadster and have developed a squeak in the LR when I roll over a speed bump. It sounds metallic, like the creaking spring in an old desk chair. The dealer has had it on two occasions, replacing a strut and some brake components (pads and dirt shield), which reduced it some, but it is now back full time. Anyone else had that problem? I think Nissan has a test component with 4-5 microphones + clamps and a headset, where the mikes can be hooked to suspension components and noise checked. Anyone used this? Thanks in advance,,

I had that problem on my coilovers. there is a bolt that holds the shock on the bottom...remove that bolt and add anti-seize to it.... i had the noise when i was stock too....
you will know which one it is, it has a nut that his connected/welded to one of the stock lower strut clevis legs, when you remove the bolt the nut stays!
