Default greddy front strut bar...

this part any good? stock one is in place. is it worth up grading? anyone have this part?

stock is better than most if not the best strut bar for the Z... i wouldn't consider replacing the stock one unless it is a solid non-pivoting bar

Going with an aftermarket strut brace on the Z is more for looks than function I think. The JIC or ARC look much better than the Greddy IMO.

Why waste your money, the stock strut bar has to be one of the smarter made parts on the Z. I don't know of any aftermarket piece that is adjustable (applying load on strut towers) like the stock one. You wouldn't be up grading, you would be down grading.

I have and absolutely love my Dry C/F GTSPEC one....when i got it i jumped up and down on the thing to see if it really was carbon...weighs 3 pounds and i know the DOubleDOwn350Z time attack car runs it too.....awesome piece
