Default No "Low Pad" sensor on Hawk PC's?

I just finished installing a set of Hawk Performance Ceramics all around - the dust from the oem pads was killing me. What I've just noticed is that none of the Hawk pads have the "low pad" sensor - the small piece of tin that squeals when your pads are about to run out. The rear pads had the stud for it but none were in place and the fronts didn't have anything at all, just flat metal on the back. Is this normal or did I get a set of bum pads?

Some aftermarkets will come with them--others not...This is true with all makes. ----Fact is though, if a Hi Performance Pad manufacturer is offering a Pad for a Hi-Performance vehicle, they wont bother with a device that will alert a driver of said vehicle, of something that the driver should be staying on top of by visual inspection.

In other words...eliminate the Bling
