Hello guys I just got some Hotchkis springs installed on Saturday, the car still looks like stock height for now.
I have until this Saturday or Sunday to go in for alignment, does anyone know how to make the springs settle all the way in a week?
Thanks.
Edit: Included pictures of what it looks like now.

Rule 1. when doing any mod before & after pics, (are a must) plus hopefully pics of you doing the work are you only evidence....not counting the ideas in your mind that is.
I had new springs and such put in 2 months ago..and TODAY I looked at the car and said "Oh...it looks lower..cool". I was tryin to notice a difference in the first few weeks but didnt see any, probably because I was lookin too hard. It Was probably that way the whole time, but for some reason today was the day I really noticed.

i agree, at least a month or more. in fact, i drive 100 miles a day with the hotchkis and for the first month the drivers side was lower than the passenger cause i rarely have anybody with me......2-3 months later it looks great!
I noticed mine when I reached for the door handle. It was not where I was used to it being. I drove mine back and forth over speed bumps at low speeds. The springs seated after only a few passes.
Just to be sure, park it next to a stock Z. I went to the dealership and found an open spot next to a stock Z. This is about a 1" drop and I think you still have to look hard to see.

Did anybody have enough snap to measure your car at all 4 wheels, to get a baseline measurement on the setup???
If each corner of your Z is at a different ride height this would not be a smart or good thing....right????
If no (measuring all 4 corners of the Z before changing the springs & swapping out the sway bars)then how can you truly tell if your car is sitting lower or not??

I also used horizontal lines in photo software to show that my Z is lower than the 07 stock Z's. (I already knew it was lower but this helped me quantify it.)

Also looking at the pics I see the 07 Black Z is not as low as your car??? The Daytona Blue Z is not a 07 model, see the hood tells us this, what are the original rides of the 2 different years of Z cars, also are they the same model ( base vs: track or enthusiast)???
Just want to compare apples to apples, & not apples to Heroin!!!!

By the pics I can see the Blue car is lower than the stock 07 Black Z model, just asking if the ride height is the same height. If not, how do you adjust the kit to even up the ride heights if necessary?

*edit* I just measured each corner from the bottom of the splashguard to the ground.
Driver front=3-3/8" Passenger front= 3-1/4"
Driver rear=6-1/2 passenger rear= 6-3/8"
