Default What is your opinion on Torque Dampers ??

HI Guys,

I was thinking of getting a torque damper. Just wanted to knw what your opinions are on it ? i have heard of interior rattling issues due to the vibrations getting transferred to the firewall etc. Has anyone here got it installed on their Z ?

Thanks

no difference really. its a tad bit harsher idle (due to less engine movement) but i only noticed because i was looking for it. other than that, its mostly cosmetic.

Idle is a bit louder with more vibrations. I think it helps especially if you launch hard.

i just put on my stillen dampener and it has made the steering wheel vibrate but very little...but on power shifts feel more soild and some reason my launches are more consistant...but it is very minimal in anything.
