Default Front Coilover Height Adjustment Problem - Advice Needed Please

Ok, so I set the height of the front coils to where I would want them and started putting everything back together. But I am having a problem reconnecting the end link. The lower arm where the bottom of the shock is connected to is now higher since I shortened the damper length to make my car a bit lower. When I go and try to reinstall my endlinks, I can't get them to line up with any of the sway bar holes. The endlink is now too long. Is this a common problem? Am I doing something wrong?

Never heard of this problem... why don't you try jacking the car back up and take the load off the suspension to a point where you can reconnect back the end link. Either that or SPC sells adjustable end-links where you can adjust its pre-load/height

In that picture, the car is already jacked up. I just put the vertical arm the rotor/brake is connected to into the a-arm to make it straight. Even if I take off the a-arm and move the vertical arm left, right, up or down it won't line up with the holes. If I put the endlinks on first, then the lower arm sits too low for me to attack the shock to the lower arm.

Both sides were in the air. I basically ended up putting in the endlink first and then using a jack to jack up the lower arm, so that I could attach the coilover. The endlink is under stress, but it seems to be holding up. I was just afraid of it snapping as I jacked up the lower arm.
