The pic looks stock to me. I have a 2004 and it looks like the same wheel gap when mine was stock. The front is already low in stock form, so a set of aftermarket wheels will look great with it, but the rear could use another .75 to 1". Where's the Hotchkis pics to compare it to?

Don't listen to them. I have first run 2003 Brickyard. It is also lower than other cars, depending on the model. I noticed it when I was at the dealership back in 2003. I was parked next to a line of 350Zs, and mine sat lower than the others. But, not the track model. It was the same as mine. Touring was the highest.
I never said anything about it. Didn't really matter. Then, I switched rims and didn't give it much thought.

Same here. Mine was the very first run of Performance models. Something like #427 of Brickyards. (Window problems. Grease streaks. Two set of rear bearings, Gas filler tube. Tire feathering. Etc.) I know the spring rates front/back are different. And, the rear camber is different too. I've driven newer models on the track and they don't quite "sit" the same as mine in the turns. 
Like I said, never gave it much more thought...

if you don't want camber then why don't you go for other brand Springs?
about 30~40 bucks little more then Camber
Tein S-tech sounds not bad

Just get the rear camber/toe kit. You could actually get one for less than $200. Im getting one this week as well.
