keep in mind every car is different though - they come out of the factory with an acceptable range of settings that is considered "in spec". So where your car starts has everything to do with where it ends up. For some people, they will be able to just lower the car and not have to touch anything. For others, even a mild drop throws things off big time

We had to adjust alot to get it where I wanted it. I will look for my sheets. Also this was done with me in the car and not just in the green.

The spring threw mine way out of wack but I was able to get it back in and to a level that I wanted.
