Maybe you are thinking of the forged versions which do look different since they are powder coated and machined differently.

Lightest BBK?
Anyone knows who makes the lightest BBK? Greddy's GREX? Endless? or Brembo? By the way, I have OEM Brembo, enough for track? Or should I upgrade to....? Thanks for all suggestions/opinion/experiences sharing...

Yes if you are a beginner just make sure your fluid is fresh. If you are getting pretty confident and skilled with braking some upgraded SS lines and Motul 600 fluid is the next step. If you find you later need something even more then BBK. I am at the middle step though I do now have two piece rotors on the front.

Even though the rears are 345mm rotors they still fill up the 20" wheels
Ignore my nasty feet lol.

I know the difference was due to the huge aluminum hat used on the endless rotor. I am sure the same goes for several other BBKs on the market with huge aluminum hats. As far as the calipers I honestly forgot which weighed more.
