Default trying to install camber arms, must remove sway bar?

I think its a sway bar, its not aftermarket, but I guess there is one stock. it seems to be in the way of removing the bolt on the inner side of the car. but Im being lazy, and want to be sure that needs to be removed before I disassemble more than I need to.

you can just remove the brackets and swing the bar out of the way

yeah just take off the frame mount brackets and let the bar hang from the endlinks.
