Default Help Tanabe Nf210!!!!

I got problem with my tires not being straight. the upper part is inside the fender and the bottom is sticking out. I instaled tanabe nf210 and i think it lowered 1.2 maybe a lil bit more. when i went to the shop they said that the rear can be adjusted but not the front because it didn't have camber kit. So im thinking about getting this camber that i saw at ebay. what do u guys think of it?? and there's another one and the brand name is ichiba its alil bit expensive but is that better?? and is that the whole kit? do i need anything else??? PLEASE HELP ME...... thank u which one should I get???? Do i also need the rear to be replace?

If you just installed the springs you also need the camber kit. I just put the rear camber kit on. The shop said front was pretty close to stock so I wasn't too worried.

I think that is normal for the rear and front and I have the GF tanabe springs w/o a camber kit..tire wear is minimal...I would invest in some Tokico shocks before I get a camber kit...just my 2 cents. Be careful of e-bay specials..

oh my fault..i read it wrong. get the front, install, and get an alignment. the NF210's lower the car 1.25 all the way around if I'm not mistaken...but after they settle they should sit a little lower. i had the NF210's on my civic back before I got the Z and it said they lower the car 1.5 inches all the way around and that camber kit is not required..a few months later car was sitting very low (looked clean but not slammed) and I had to invest in a SPC camber kit for the front and back.

You are going to need both (front and rear) if you want to get it to a 0 degree alignment. Do go cheap, specially in suspension items, you don't need to put yours or others lifes on a cheap part.

I don't know if it needs it for the front or not. I had to replace my fronts cause of inside wear, but I drove without an alignment for a few months so I think that was why. I'll just have to see with this set if it starts to wear uneven. I definately had to get a kit for the rear though.

camber kit for front and rears will be needed.

shoot, i'm on stock suspension (until next week) and i already have rear camber issues. its probably due to the weight of my sound system.

1. you don't want the tires to be straight - follow the factory recommended settings for camber and toe (any alignment shop will have these figures). If you end up slightly more negative than stock, don't worry, it will be fine. Toe kills tires more than camber, and toe is adjustable up front via the tie rod ends.

2. rear is adjustable, but not by a significant amount. If you have wheels and tires wider than stock with a lower offset than stock and you're now lowered, you might find even stock pieces won't get you back into spec. My guess is you will definitely need a rear camber kit. We recommend the SPC:

Don't you want them straight though? for minimum amount of tire wear, arent you supposed to align it to 0 degrees all around? i know this messes with the handling slightly but i though 0 all around was ideal...

i could be wrong

Unless you are a long distance truck driver, I would not recommend setting the camber to 0 all around. What you'll end up with is a car that is extremely numb, and not nearly as fun to drive. Straight up and down is not going to give you good handling, and is not going to gve you any meaningful increase in tire wear. Toe kills tires, not camber. Follow the factory specs.
