Ok I did some searching on the lower control arm.

I found this here which shows someone bent the hole arm. My bushings have went bad. I have seen all the links to mynismo.com for the parts. But is this part he bent really the lower control arm. I have look at the parts pictures and they show that part with the name ROD COMPL-COMPRESSION,FR SUSPENSION RH. Do I really have to replace the whole arm?
