Default Bumpy ride on new GF210's

Car seems to rattle CONSIDERABLY more with the new springs. What's likely to be the problem here?

most lowering springs are stiffer, thus leaving you with a stiffer ride.

Did you install correctly? I had the GF210s and the car's ride didn't feel much different from stock.

Yeah it shouldn't rattle too much...but maybe the shocks could be the culprit.

No idea - handed it over to a mechanic who did the work for like $150. Cheap guy, but I've used him a few times before and he's been ok. It's a *LOT* bumpier though - to the point where it starts getting to you. Oh and 100,000km on the shocks.

Yup shocks are probably gone. I think I remember someone having the same issue with the GF210s, and the installer had installed the springs backwards! The tighter compressed coils should be on top.

I don't think people understand. Just slapping some lowering springs on your car , you aren't going to get the best ride. Most people will praise the manufacture how great their springs were on the day after the install saying how smooth it is. Get back at me two months later when your stock shocks are blown. Shocks can be new or old.

Two months and they are blown? Yeah i dont think so, i've seen people get 15k + outta there shocks with the GF210's. Really depends on road conditions, since the roads out here arent to bad..im gonna expect 10-15k outta these stock ones. Once they blow, i will get Tokico or something.
