dutchboy350Z - Tire Kingdom did not make those specs up. They got it from Nissan and those specs are specs for our cars.

I'd love to know how they changed your front camber with out you having a means of front camber adjustment....

This is straight from the Nissan 350Z TSB.

For a 18" wheel the Rear toe should be a "minimum" of 0.043, "maximum" of 0.106. The ideal setting is 0.075. My shop set my rear toe to 0.08.

I dont think they did anything to the front camber. The numbers are still the same.

it's not a slight amount..toe has a wide span of adjustment, its just done via the tie rod ends, so lots of room to play

Their machine is off as far as numbers on the left camber. He showed me print outs of peoples cars alignment report and its showing camber is off by 1 degree on the left. That is why I'm going to a different tire kingdom when I get the next alignment to verify the facts.

GF spring owners.. do you have tire problems or need camber kit especially on 19 inch rims?

this same question has been asked and answered probably 30 times in the last 2 weeks

The short answer is...it depends. Every car comes from the factory with different settings, and where the car starts out determines where it ends up as far as alignment. Some will be able to get back to factory specs after springs, even with a 1 inch or 1.2 drop, some cars will be completely out of spec even with a 1/2 inch drop. The best thing a camber/toe kit does is, at the very least, let you make the figures perfectly even from side to side, ensuring consistent handling during left and right turns, and ensuring good tire wear. When you lower the car, it's always advisable to at least purchase a rear camber/toe kit

I ordered me an adjustable A arm and rear camber/toe kit. I'm not very happy with the numbers and since I put on my work wheels I can clearly see how the camber is all jacked up. Going to install it next week as soon as it gets here!

UPDATE

So after a month I decided to have my alignment done again. Here are the numbers.

Cambers
-1.8L and -2.0R (Front)
-2.1L and -2.1R (Rear)

Toes
0.05's on front and back

I have an Adjustable A arm and camber/toe kit but thinking about not installing them since I'm on the borderline. What do you guys think. I'm thinking about just getting the MD spacers + MREV2

It's your call. Those specs are pretty decent.
