Default Jackstand Question

hey guys,
I searched, but couldn't find a definite answer. Tomorrow, I'll be installing my hotchkis springs and exhaust. I was wondering, where do you put the jackstands if I were to lift both the front and the rear? I know not to put it on the pinch weld, but how sturdy is in front of the pinch weld? Is there a better place?

thanks in advance

I use some hard rubber blocks with a slot cut in them across the pinch welds. That keeps the jack or jack stands from damaging the pinch or the bottom pan of the car.

Take a 2x4 and cut it into a 4x4x2 block then cut a 1" deep slot across one face. That will work the same as the rubber block.
