compatibility on brembo brake pads
need verification guys , i know the GTR34 , evos , sti and DC5 type R uses the same brembo 4 pot fronts and 2 pot rears.
my question is can u swap the brake pads around these system as they are the same? cause a performance workshop is selling me a set of endless brake pads meant for honda DC5 type R ( w/ brembo) and say it will work on my 2004 Z.
need confirmation..
and do u need special tools to compress back the brake piston into position when changing pads? as my old s2000 needs a tool to be used to "screw" the piston back in on the rear brakes.
thanks a lot
p/s: i searched but found no info

The pads you need have the following dimensions and are not the same as those found on the EVO, STi, TL-S, S60R, V70R. I dont know about the DC-5R since we dont have that here in the US
stoptecherik: thanks for the reply bro , so these diagrams are for the fronts and rear pads or just the fronts?
if you have picture or dimensions of the rear that will be great ........
thanks a lot

those are loanable at auto-zone maybe?

Also, the e-brake on the back brakes are different from the screw type you mentioned (from what I've read here).
