FYI, the RWD 350Z can actually benefit from some added downforce. The FWD civic.....hmmmmm....

As many have mentioned, you can purchase my heavy-duty hatch struts directly from Z1 Performance: http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...or&prodid=2976
They are 40% stronger than stock and will easily hold up the added weight of your Nismo V1 wing (I have the same one on my own Z).
Installation takes about 10 minutes and a buddy. I would recommend spraying the top ball studs with some PB Blaster or other penetrating lubricant to make removal a little easier.
