Question Stock Caliper Paint Opinions

I was recently thinking about getting my stock calipers painted red sometime in the near future until I have sufficient funding to purchase a big brake kit and wheels. So flame or no flame, I'm just looking for honest opinions. What do you all think?
Thanks for the input as always! Later
-Andy

You dont' realyl want to bring out attention to your stock calipers and thats basically what the red will do. Just paint them black or silver to hold you off till your bbk. I just got my car lowered and painted the calipers black. If you want send me a pm and i'll send you pics.

I agree.....

It's like putting a spoiler on a 1992 Buick. Do you really want to draw attention?

Use G2 and paint them black. Also, avoid stickers since painting OEM brakes is already bad enough. try to avoid the temptation to paint them any color commonly found on most brake kits. It just screms cheap azz, wannabe.

I'm definitely not a cheap person, that's for sure. Everyone has their opinion of course though. I know down the road a BBK will be purchased... especially after the next time I deploy (being military) if not sooner. It's just not in me to do anything halfway. It is still to be determined though on the stock caliper paint. I definitely got what I wanted though, honest input from both sides of the fence! Thanks as always, later!

PM Sent. I might go black since I have a silver wheel. It doesn't scream cheap because black doesn't stand out, but it would probably look better since the stock calipers are ugly.
