I'm pretty new to this forum but today I turned off my traction control and took off from a launch. The car burnt out and had a huge amount of wheel hop and I was wondering what could be the most likley cause of this or is this common to 350z's. Also what r the probable fixes.

 

Wheel hop is common with all rear wheel-rear independent suspension vehicles. It has been addressed a dozen times in the drag racing forum.

suspension is the main culprit, especially for a car not designed to be a straight line car.
