Default Is it wrong to use different manufacturers springs together??

Like it says, what is wrong with using two different types of springs together? For instance, I have Hotchkis right now. The drop on the front, .5", is perfect. I need 1.5-1.7" in the back and I cant find a spring combo that works for this. I cannot do coilovers at this time and it wont be for some time so that rout is not an option.

Thanks guys,

-Alex

Why would you want the rear to be so much lower than the front? Nothing uglier than the rear sagging and the front in the air.

Well, I think the front Hotchkis actually have settled WAY more than what they were to begin with and they are now perfect. Is taht rubber piece in the rears on the bottom or top?

thanks
