A buddy of mine had me order him a $260 APS tough boy strut bar from Injected performance and just recieved it yesterday and decided to install it.

We go to install it and the SS allen bolts (10mm x 1.25 x 25mm+45mm) are WAY to big to screw into the stock mounts on the chassis frame. the depths are correct but i the widths are way too big. my buddy has an 03 track model Z.

We ordered for a 2003 z but is there a difference between any other z strut mounts and the track strut mounts???

I just thought for a $260 bar that it should come with everything to fit and bolt right on...
