Default What else to finish out suspension?

Ok so far all I have done is a set of 350evo solid sway bars on a Base 6mt. I'm wanting a little more increased handling but do not need an all out bad a$$ track car. I occasionally go to my local autox and race but it isn't an everyday thing. I'm just wondering if anyone can help with some advice on a good set up. I've looked at some coilovers but am worried that I wouldn't take full advantage of a good set of coilovers. I want to get into track/drift more later but am unsure of good suspension set ups. Any advice would be great. Thanks

I hate to say this, but all the info is here. Just do a search and make an informed decision. At least read a bit and post up when you've at least narrowed it down to a few products.

Yeah maybe I should've tried to make it more specific. Sorry bout that. I've read a lot of the threads here on suspension but not wanting to sound too much like a nub i'm just not sure what it all means. I was thinking a good coilover set, tein or cusco, but was afraid I wouldn't use them to their full potential since I don't autox or track a lot. I also thought of just a good spring set or just a shock set, but don't know enough about the shocks to make a comment. Does that help?

Even you don't autox or track alot, coilovers works pretty nice on street also.

+1..get a good entry level coilover if you do not want to spend too much money. Also you may want to go with a good set of rear camber arms and front upper arms if you plan on dropping it lower, IMO.

As a wise man once said, you have to pay to play .

Keep us up to date on what you decide. There are a lot of options out there.

Do the coilovers themselves drop the car? Or do I actually have to get something else along with the coilover set? Sorry to sound like a nub but this is the first time i've really delved into the suspension aspect. As far as entry level coilover sets does anyone have any recomendations? I've read about Tein, Megan Racing, Cusco... Any ideas or thoughts?

set a budget (rule #1), and try to outline your exact goals - what do you like about your car now, what do you specifically not like that you want to improve
