When ever I go over a speed bump or I stop abrutly theres a clunk noise. I put the car on a lift and theres nothing loose or borken.

Is this the shock that go messed up?

By the way this started happening after I ran over part of a sidewalk.

 

The sound is quite common with a loose, or broken swaybar end link. Verify the torque is within specs and that the joint isn't twisted. The link should be as vertical as possible.
