Has anybody here ever used Centric Posi Quiet pads on there car?? If so tell me what you think about them. I'm really looking for stopping power.
I search and all I can find are posts about their rotors.

+1. These pads were highly recommended by the parts guy at Z1. I know price does not equal quality but they are butt cheap and am wondering why. (oh. Nevermind. They are not avail for '07s)
got em, love em.
they come pre-bedded so you don't have to worry about them and they are cheap. Rotorpros sells them and is where I got mine.
low dust, no noise, good grip but not the initial bite the stock pads have. not jerky.

All the materials in a brake pad are dirt cheap [mostly scraps from metal and ceramic factories] anyway nothing costs more than $2 per pound.........the work comes in mixing the cake and deciding which 10-30 components you bake together.
Cashew shells and oil are some of my favorites along with potasssium titanate, mica, and a pinch of charcoal and an ocassional small dead bug.
What are your favorites?
