Default 15,000mi ???

I bought my car about 3 months ago with only 8000miles on it and I just rolled over 15k And my brakes are squeeling like crazy, and im getting some pretty bad vibration from my passenger rear...Visually the rotors except that one are clean and don't look too bad But I am no expert..

So my questions are;

1. Should I really need new pads and my rotors turned only after 15,000miles?
2. Would spraying some crc brake cleaner in the wheel with issues do any good?
3. Would it be easy for me to just replace the rotors myself with the r1concepts OEM's for 50/pair and replace the pads with hawk hps then to pay the $219-269 that most of the places want to do each axle?(only turning rotors...)

What do you guys think? thanks.

if you just bought the car take it to the dealer and have them check it out. it should still be under some sort of warranty, even if it was used

Not sure about that, and it was used. It is still covered under the nissan warranty since it wasn't put into service until mid 2006 but that doesn't cover wear and tear...

i would have it checked out by an expert (could be dealer). that can't be normal wear unless you are hard on your brakes.
how do your pads look? even wear?

Haven't really had a chance to look yet, not that i know much about brake parts, I am sure I can change the pads/rotors myself it's just a matter of whether I wanna do it or not, and risk ****ing something up...

a. Some brakes are noisy. The pad to rotor contact is proper - they are just noisy

b. The noise is coming from pad-caliper-shim contact. Take the caliper apart. Grease everything up. Put it together again.

c. The wear clip on the pad is hitting the rotor.
