If you're doing springs only, yes you will need a spring compressor for the fronts. If you're doing coilovers, you don't need a spring compressor at all to remove the stock stuff.

haha that sounds good...the vendor told me I would need a spring compressor when removing my old set-up

how low will I be able to go (I dont want to roll my fenders)

18x9.5 +20 offset

Tires
Front:255/40/18
Rear:275/40/18
