no one said it won't work...we already know it works. No one knows how well it works
The rotor sizes don't differ much between kits, that is true...but that's just 1 aspect. Caliper size has nothing to do with it, it's all about the piston diameter being used in the calipers that determines how it's going to behave with the master, as well as how it will interact with the rear brakes

I was contemplating the rear kit to go with my 13" Stoptech front. Looked at the specs for the G37S rear brakes and the rotors are 13.8" and the pistons are 41.3mm. Does anyone know what the piston sizing is on the ST-22 caliper? From initial glance at the numbers it doesn't seem the rear kit will work too well with my 13" ST-40 front setup.
If anyone else is interested here's the numbers on the G37S brakes.
Front brake
Cylinder bore diameter 41.3 (1.626) × 2 + 44.45 (1.750) × 2
Pad length × width × thickness 123.2 × 55.0 × 11.0 (4.85 × 2.165 × 0.433)
Rotor outer diameter × thickness 355 × 32.0 (13.98 × 1.260)
Rear brake
Cylinder bore diameter 41.3 (1.626) × 2
Pad length × width × thickness 95.8 × 41.5 × 9.5 (3.772 × 1.634 × 0.374)
Rotor outer diameter × thickness 350 × 20.0 (13.78 × 0.787)
Master cylinder Cylinder bore diameter 25.4 (1)
Control valve Valve type Electric brake force distribution
Brake booster Diaphragm diameter
Primary: 230 (9)
Secondary: 205 (8)
Recommended brake fluid DOT 3

FYI:
Go/phone the the parts dept. at the Infinity dealership to determine whether the brake booster (likely) and brake master cylinder (unlikely) is a different spec/part number. Have the Parts Dept. cross-reference the spec/part number of these parts to determine whether they are different then the ones on you Z and post the information.
Good Luck!!

But even in the worst case scenario, if this combo of a 13" BBK in the front would have a disbalance with the G37 rear brakes, would a brake proportioning valve take care of this?
They are only, what, like 100$ a piece?
