Rear spc bolt and arms

Hello everyone, so I did the installation yesterday and did the elongated hole for the bolts with no problem, here are the pics before and after.

they've tried to bring the fronts up to specs but they could not do it, only the toe was fixed, i guess I need the control arms for that, now the problem that I have is that the steering wheel is not fully centered when driving, but the car rides very straight, is just a very little off center, I brought it back a few minutes later but the readings are good for the toe, he said he could not fix the camber. What do you think I should do to get it centered again, is it the tech at Pep-boys or what do you think?

centering the steering wheel has nothing to do with camber, it has to do with the tech being lazy
