Red face noooob question

go ahead and make fun of this post......but I wanna do this thing right.........so I'm still waiting on my coilovers......but was wondering how the proper way would be to raise the front of the Z and get it on some jack stands.......the rear is easy, sense there is a rear differential....

I have 1 hydraulic jack(it has a flat mount so I cant put it on the "teeth" of the factory slit on the car)
and the factory jack.

and 2 jack stands

I use the outer mounting points for the under chassis brace just inboard and behind the mudflaps.

It will. Mine are all jacked up and crushed anyway.

You could place the jack and stand under the "A frame" beam, that runs the length of the car on both sides. It sits about 10 inches inboard. BTW, I'm not sure if it's called an "A frame" beam. I'm sure someone will call me out on it, so I'm adding the disclaimer now....

There is a single jack point used to raise the entire front end of the car so that jack stands maybe used on the sides. It sits right behing the oil pan...I'll check it out when I get home so I can give you more detail

I always use that metal plate in the center of the car. My sides are all crushed up from using the sides before i was smart enough to realize it.
Ill take a pic when i get home.

Which coilover set did you buy?
