Default Are my Coilovers Busted? Big Pic

I have had these K-sports now for a year and they are not the best, but for the money and just on the street use they worked well enough. Then I went to change my pads and I noticed that it looks like oil is leaking on them!?! Any of you guys seen this before? Both fronts look the same so.......

They are not rebuildable. You have to buy a new core. I have a new one for sale if your interested. That one in your pic is history.

The ride height on the D2's are independant of the piston stroke so no matter what your ride height the piston stroke is always the same. So ride height is not a factor in blowing the seals.

Not everyone knows how to adjust them properly, and could be a huge factor

Correct for appliaction's that are not a true coilover in the rear. In the here and now of this thread however, both D2's and Ksports are true coilover setups in the rear and unless you change springs to something much softer your not going to be able to take out preload enough to the point of causing stoke issues.
