Default with a bad MC, does the pedal go all the way to the floor?

So, I recently put larger 07 brakes on my 03. Braking is awesome and stops are confident. The vagueness of my 03 brakes are history.

I can stop hard and the pedal stays firm. I can stop repeatedly, hard, and the pedal is firm.

however, I was getting my phone out of my jeans pocket while stopped at a light and felt my pedal start going down ever so slightly. Obviously I was putting alot of pressure on the pedal. It went down about 1/2 way and stopped. It feels like something mechanical is stopping it.

I re-bled my brakes again this weekend. Pedal still firm as hell. Stopping like a monster.. But, if I really press hard, it will sink.

So, I stop by the dealer and a tech checks out my car. He says my brakes feel great. He says if my MC was shot, I'd go all the way to the floor. I've definitely never gone all the way to the floor. But whatever that stopping point is, well, sorta freaks me out. He also said that if I passed a certain point with the pedal, i would get a brake warning. Which I havent gotten.

So.... I'm fine with what the tech said if its true. The pedal doesnt sink unless you push the hell out if it for 10-15 secs. He said was designed that way to protect the MC seals. I've had the car for 5 years and never felt that, but dont know if I've ever held the brakes that hard before. I used a motive to bleed, so I dont know if the pedal goes to the floor or not when you lose all pressure.

Give it a few more days and bleed it again, for some odd reason these cars like to trap air.

I've had the brakes on for 2 months. I've bled 3 times.. On the day I installed, first with motive, then once using the old school 2 man method. Then this weekend, again with the motive at 15psi. There's no squishy/mushy feeling. I can hold the brakes very hard... its just that at some point, when pushing alittle harder, it sinks. Today I offered to pay to have the dealer use their machine. He said I didnt need it, he didnt think i had air in the lines or MC. But, I guess if I believed him 100%, I wouldnt be here asking you guys :/

moved to antz forum, i gave up over there. Russ seems to have had something like this when he did SS lines on the nismo. But mine wasnt solved by bleeding again, so I'm not sure its the same prob.
