any ideas? thanks
Nissan designed the Z with some Neg Camber... for handling purposes... that's what Ed @ Precision Z told me... he said you really can't do anything to prevent it but just keep the toe within .01-.02 (he said that was possible)... I'm having the same effect with my suspension and it's eating up my inner tread of my rear tires

Camber and toe kits are always nice, and probably needed in your case . But i think you may have something else wrong or the alignment tech was an idiot. They probably lifted the car up and nevr let the suspension settle. How much is your car lowered ???

you don't need to buy anything based on the specs above
I've posted this many many times but it bears repeating. Cars are like fingerprints, no 2 are the same. The Z, like every other car, comes with an alignment from the factory that is set within a given range. Some cars will be on the low (conservative) side of the range and some will be on the high (less conservative) side of the range and some will be in the middle of the range. Where your car starts off will determine where it ends up.
In your car, you don't need to purchase a rear camber or toe kit as they are both in range and still perfectly acceptable, and, luckily for you, next to 100% even. Now, if you wanted to verify those specs by bringing it to another alignment shop, then by all means. The alignment machine is afterall, only a machine. I've had shops tell me they get theirs calibrated once a month only to find that they are completely out of spec.
