Everyones driving style , driving skills , tires , tire stagger is different. Just set them how i said and go from there, you may be just fine, you may want to tune it up slightly. Both bars are easily adjusted without jacking the car. Each bar takes less that 5 minutes to change settings.

Well like the guy earlier stated its all about your setup your driving skills and what your using it to do. I personally drive mine to work sometimes and like to drive it hard. I started with the stiffest settings on both and found my car skipping around corners. Long story short I went through them all and I fount the middle in the front to be the best and the 3 position in the rear. If 1 is the stiffest I found 3 to be the best. If you can install them without jacking up the car then you need to put on some weight or join the circus! Good luck

I think i had the setting swapped , full soft front and 1 up from full soft rear , basically what he said above, but he only have the 3 hole front bars.

i have the 3 holes as well. the newer versions have 4 i believe in the rear. mine (3 hole) is set in the middle, as i like to drive somewhat spirited from time to time on the street. when its track time, i swith it to the hardest setting, and it is very easy to adjust, just remember to torque it down. if you drive with the stiffest setting on the street, you will get tire skip, and its a pain in the ***, and potentially dangerous. if you just cruise, set it at the softest, its like oem.
