Default Broken Bleeder Valve !?!?!

so as many of you know i had some problems with my new stop tech bbk.
and i maybe found the problem yesterday.the left side caliper where stuck, the pistons come out but donīt back in. so i thought i just take a look at that.....to shorten teh story.....i bleeded the caliper again...no bubbles at all...i closed the bleeder valve and i donīt know why but i let the hose on the bleeder valve.and all of the sudden there came bubbles out of the valve??? to mention the valve where shut and tightend pretty well.

the bubbles came right out of the hole of the bleeder valve (where the brake fluid comes out).they didnīt came out fast...it was just one bubble after another with maybe 2 seconds in between.

i just thought what the f+#k......so i thightend the bolt a little bit more but nothing happend???????

could it be that the bleeder valve is somehow damaged or leeking???
and could this also be the problem why the pistons wonīt move back without force?

today i noticed some brake fluid around the bleeder valve...but iīm 1000% sure that i cleaned everything up yesterday......itīs kind a wierd

so what do you guys think about???? should i just get a new bleeder valve and replace the "old" one?

ps: this is brand new, i ordered it back in may.

any suggestions?

If you bought this setup new from an authorized dealer then you need to contact the vendor you bought it from and they should work with you to get a replacement caliper from Stoptech. The problem could be the bleeder itself or it could be the caliper itself so that no matter what bleeder you use it's not going to create a good enough seal. When I got my setup several years ago one of the calipers was defective. I worked with my vendor and Stoptech and got a replacment one a few days later no problem. My buddy also had the same problem you had with his Wilwood kit. Turned out his caliper was bad after testing several bleeders. Finally just got the caliper replaced. Good luck.
