Default How low is the stock suspension?

Alright it's a good time to ask this...

My car's suspension is all stock. The front wheel gap is 2 fingers and the rear is 3 fingers. Is this the normal height for the stock suspension? I don't have thick *** fingers either... What's the deal? Just getting old? An 03 with around 69050 miles.

The factory service manuel spell's out oem ride height.

At the center of each wheel you measure from the ground upwards to the top of the fender arch.

Front: 26.89"
Rear: 27.80"

Manuel assumes your on oem 225/45-18 and 245/45-18

'03s are the ones with 17s only, unless you purchased the Anniversary Edition.

The real question is: What are you doing with stock suspension still?

I have stock suspension because I can't readily drop a lot of cash on a new setup at the moment. I am on lmgt4 19" wheels with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19. I'm assuming those heights are from the ground to the top of the fender? I'll measure them in a sec

They seem to settle:
I'm 26" F and 27.25" R (1/3 tank of fuel if that makes any difference)

2003 55k, all stock susp/oem 18s/oem tire sizes

Although now I want to check my springs to make sure...

2003, 2004 and 2005 non-touring cars had 17" wheels

+1

The 17" wheels are the seven-spoke design.

2006 is when they put the 18"s on all models, except for the Grand Touring which got the new 5-spoke wheels. IIRC...
