What? you are sellling your car, you did not tell me-what are you going
to do get next-or are you just taking a break for a while and driving the
Xterra instead?

I was hoping to see the beast in action at least a few more track events.

Yeasterday I was reading Dominics blog who is an employee for Endless USA. And I came across this post from back in April. If I had known he thought his customers were stupid I honestly would have gone with another manufacturers dampers, brake fluid and brake pads. Too bad they make such a great product and have to destroy the brand image like this. I'm one of the customers they want. I'm one of the very few in the USDM market who have a track only Z. And this is how I get treated.

How do I do future business with Endles USA for my damper rebuilds. It's going to be uncomfortable to say the least since they think I'm an idiot.

Here's a pic from Sebring on the 5th. The shocks were spot on. Good stuff from Endless.

What terrible business practice. Know his stuff or not, posh elitist racer isn't how you want to come off to your customers. Especially to the very one who is probably doing the best hands on marketing for your company on this board.

+1 to Jet for keeping his cool and asking a legit question
-1 to Dominic for bashing without actually addressing the question at hand

that's what sucks about some sales guys....... his knowledge just comes from reading through the manual book or spec sheets. and they already think they are gods. they won't bother listening to the customers and in your case, a good customer whom has knowledge, and at the same time experience

In defense of Dominic from a discussion with him today he is a knowledgeable person, but is unfortunately sick fo dealing with the public. Talking to another vendor it was explained to me all the idiot PM's, e-mails and phone calls they have to deal with every day and I can imagine that the burnout rate is high.

What has to be understood is that you can't deal with the public and loathe/despise them when they are you liveliehood.

I honestly don't know what it was about that post that triggered him to attack me, but in all fairness to him it was before we had any contact with each other. I guesss people ca nsay things on the itnernet and have a reasonably good chance to person your posting about will never read it.

It was just dissapointing and takes my enjoyment of this hobby and makes it a little harder to enjoy.

well, first: don't give a damn on what a sales rep/blog ***** says and enjoy your stuff
second: endless is not the only company that makes good stuff
did you say shocks?

did you say brakes?

and than.. just because he also discuss about brakes... tell him than when you'll see only the forged monoblocks calipers on the front page.. in the "fugly matte sand color" he'll be more credible... or I'm wrong and they don't sell 2 pieces caliper in any color to match paint on cars?
