it's actually most audible at very slow speeds over uneven pavement - at least thats where I first noticed mine going bye-bye

Installed the Powergrid endlinks yesterday (front and rear)
http://z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?model...ng&prodid=2886

You'll be happy to know that it solved all clunking issues, and i'm VERY happy with them.
Easy to install also, with detailed instructions.

THANKS ADAM!!!
(btw hatch struts work awesome also, damn strong!)

Incase anyone is still having this issue, i have hotchkis sways on the soft middle hole up front and the middle hole in the rear, with powergrid endlinks all installed at the same time. I had no noise issues, and all of a sudden i am getting massive popping from both bars on uneven pavement at less than 40 mph, especially when going less than 10 mph. I have yet to test the grease (loosening endlink and rotating the bar) and check the underside of the car for anything loose, but upon last inspection (200 mi. ago) everything was good. I'll keep any findings posted when i dive into it tomorrow with a tranny flush. As a side note, does anyone know a good grease rather than the one hotchkis included?

I started to hear this clunking sound from the front Hotchkis sway bar on slow speed as well. The only fix is to get aftermarket endlinks?

Same thing happen to mine a Few times after not tightening the bolt off the endlink that goes through the bar all the way. They look like they are torqued correctly, but once you put a wrench on the bolt they are lose. I tighten mine to about 70 80 pounds. O ya Mine are stock endlinks.

Bad endlinks definitely cause that, but endlinks that are not tighten or adjusted properly also makes a clunking or popping noise.

Notice that endlinks have two nuts. The two nuts have to be tightened properly to clamp the sway bar to reduce noise. Any motion on the endlink should be within the spherical ball, not the endlink bolts.
