just installed ap 4 pot fronts, ss lines, ferrodo pads and bleed lines...

its been raining so I can't do the recommended brake beeding of 80 to 10 or 100 to 60. I've driven roughly 10 miles to check for leaks and make sure everything works. I was wondering how important it is to bed the breaks immediately since I need to drive roughly 40 miles back to my apt. and don't know if conditions will be fine to bed the breaks. I don't have any squel and the brakes work. I will eventually do it as soon as the rain stops but wanted to see if it will cause any damage to pads or extreme wear to the pads. I assume it is not ideal but fine to drive in this condtion. any feedback would be great

 

You will be OK.

Bedding will lay down a thin layer of transfer film on to the rotor surface. Doesn't matter if you do it today or next week. Besides most brake pad compounds will take up to 300-400 miles to fully develop an even transfer film on the rotors.
