What about the rear? Did anything (caliper, caliper bolts, rotor size, etc) change at all for the rear?

Basically, I am trying to confirm that my rear Brembo will fit on an 07 model.

 

yes, your rear brembo will fit an 07 if you change the rotors and lines as well
