Default New springs, need a little more..

Hey all,

Just installed the Tein S-Tech springs and I love the way the fronts look, but the rear sits a little too high for my liking. I would like another .2-.3 drop on it. My question is this: is it safe to pull the rubber piece that the spring holds on to out and cut a tiny bit off of it and put it back in? If so, which would be better, the top piece or the bottom one?

Search for "spring mount" and it should return some results.

Yes it's perfectly fine to cut the spring mount, it has been done many times with no ill effects.
