Brake problem?
Guys, I have the Brembo brakes on my Z. And was wondering what could possibly if this is the problem cause my rear pads on one caliper wear out to nothing extremly fast?
I just checked my brakes about 3 months or so ago and I had half life left on the pads on this caliper. But now that corner is having a high pitch squeel right before I come to a complete stop, getting MUCH louder. I have been so busy I haven't had time to pull the wheel off, but I do have my stock pads available that can go back in. I have Ferado pads in there now.
Currently my car is at Uprev having the tuning for a week done so I can't check till it gets back. But I noticed after my trip there 100 miles it got much louder from before the trip. Only 11,700 miles on the car and several track events.

EDIT: Just read more closely. 1 caliper is wearing out quickly, sounds like it's not releasing completely.
Bleed it really well since air can cause the pads to not suck back like they should.
Either that or you need to rebuild the caliper I would imagine.
It has to be dragging for some reason.
