So the adjustment for these is at the top of the strut?... I asked a vendor that is selling them how they are adjusted and he said the rears are adjusted at the bottom (accessible between wheel spokes?)

I have D-Specs now and had to run a cable up the back of rear seat (sedan) in order to adjust… if these are adjusted front he top, it looks like sedans are out of luck?

hmm, thought the pics clearly showed that it's on the top haha. i just added a statement in bold to further clarify it. I'm planning to install it this weekend, bet it's gonna take me the whole day to do all 4 sides + rear camber and toe bolt (and drill in the rear to access the adjustment)... I gotta say, I actually dun really mind having to drill a hole there. I think removing a piece of plastic to adjust it beats having to crawl under the car.

ok, just got the OEM fronts out and put in the passenger side. taking out the OEM fronts are a *****! had to push down on the rotor and pull up on the strut at the same time and try to get enough space for it to come out.

And I was stuck for a while trying to figure out how to tighten the top locknut on the coilovers. the whole shaft on the strut turns when u try to tighten the nut. Had to find a piece of rubber and use a vice clamp on the shaft while attempting to tighten the bolt... also quite a ***** to do by yourself. can't even get the torque wrench to click b4 it starts slipping though, hope it's tight enough.

Does anyone have a better suggestion than this rubber method?

I use the strap wrench. Much safer and does not damage the piston.

Cool. I have one of those and was just looking at it, too.

So for those who have these coilovers, are you guys just going by the rebound settings Gsedan35 recommended or some other setting?

Base off KW recommended setting, I am running two clicks stiffer on both front and rear. I don't think I saw what did GSedan35 recommended. What did he say if you happen to have that information.

A different member posted his recommendation:

And stated that running it at too stiff is pretty stressful on the suspension, perhaps he can put more detail in the explanation. And he'll be receiving the dyno data from the shop owner that ran the dyno.
He never did end up posting the shock dynos.

I should consider a dyno one day and try to figure what is a good area to play with. One thing I do hate about the V3 is playing with both top and bottom adjustment. Such a PITA to adjust in my opinion.

It may be a PITA, but I actually like that you can fine tune it to your liking or needs.

Do you have links on how to properly interpret shock dynos or any other pertinent information? I have one that I'll read when I have some free time next week.
