Default CANNOT get bolts off endlinks...

I have tried using PB buster, WD40...i sprayed nearly the whole can on the bolts...WTF do I do now? the damn thing is close to being stripped. I have used the 14mm hex bolt and different sized torque wrenches...NOT WORKING...please help, I'm quite pissed.

worse comes to worse-

remove the bar completely, by removing the other side of the endlinks, and the two clamps that hold the sway bar to the car..

if it is already stripped, you can think about cutting the nut off and / or replacing the entire endlink unit after you slice the bolt off.. i've had good experiences with liquid wrnech, you have to squeeze inbetween the threads and let it sit for a while for the liquid to work its way in..

^^ This is exactly what I had to do with mine. I had to take the the rear completely off and cut the bolts off.

What a pain...

Take a torch to them to heat them up. I'd suggest getting as much of the WD40 off as possible because of that whole flammability thing!

So if I do resort to cutting the bolt off (which I hope I don't) where would I go to get another bolt like it at? Also, what is its size? I know its a 14mm but are there any other sizes to know

You should have used "PB BLASTER".... Not PB Buster. That's where you went wrong. Don't accept cheap immitations.

Seriously..... Impact wrench!

Just bought new endlinks from the dealer, they are cheap. Make sure you order the nut with the endlink, they do not come together.

Damn Joey, you need me to donate some muscle to you

If you don't have them installed this weekend, I could probably help.

Thanks for the awesome reply there greg, but I'm sure I got the muscle category covered though. If you need help opening a jar again, be sure and let me know.

You may want to order stock endlinks before you do that. I think I threw mine away
