Default rotors and pads help

i want to dress up the rotors and maybe use stock pads.right now i have stock rotors,calipers..can someone suggest a slotted or drilled rotor setup that i can still retain my stock calipers and pads?i plan on just painting calipers and new pads for front but since im taking off calipers for brake job i would like to do rotors at same time.i have seen lotts of rotors for sale but dont know if anyone has done it and had any problems using stock pads and calipers.
