Default Correct 350z Ride Height

Anyone have any specs for ride heights for a 350Z? Stock v. Optimal Lowered.

Car is daily driven and track driven.

Thanks!

Don’t believe there is a optimal ride height.

That's what I figured...I know too much of anything is bad...so there must be a range...

I kept mine relative in terms of front to rear lowering proportions. I used an image i found of the Nismo Z that had the ride height measurements on it. Cant find it at the moment but I think there was circa 3/4" difference front to rear (front being lower).

Incidentally I think mines to low at the moment (coilovers have bedded in and its got lower!) as the bottom is catching on speed humps and even on rough british B roads when going for it!

How mine looks-

I think I found the answer...it depends!

It depends on what adjustability you have with your a-arms, etc.

A 1" drop in the front is fine while a 1.5" in the rear is too much and toe can not be corrected. (although the RR can't be corrected the LR is correct)

So probably a 1" front and rear is probably optimal...for my '03 car. I appreciate the input.

yea id also say 1 inch all around is optimal. unless you live somewhere that is very flat. 1" all around is as low as id go. thats what i have with my 19" wheels, eibach's and tokico d spec's. lowered enough to notice a difference but not too extreme to where its not practical for every day use.
