I want to get:
Type HC+ for the front
D1 Spec for the rear
It will be installed on a Brembo set-up. Anyone have any info on these pads AT ALL? Dusting, performance, wear, etc....
Any info will do, even if its about how other pads in their line-up perform.
THANKS!

A few years back, the Project Mu pads were pretty popular but I haven't seen anything posted on them in quite some time. Two years ago when I was investigating new pads for myself, I ran across some posts on the Project Mu pads that weren't very favorable. I eventually switched to Endless pads, not OEM equivalents, but something higher performance.
For a while, I had also used generic Oreilly Auto pads and found them to work very good for street use. Low dust, excellent stopping power, reasonably cheap.
It really just depends on what you will ultimately do with them.

sorry, i dont know anything about those pads, but i have the Brembo calipers on my 06 track edition and i have Project Mu NS pads. I only street drive my car and these are their street level pads. I see a big difference in dust over OEM pads, and they stop very well. I love them, and i paid $155 shipped to NC from Cali for all 4 corners. Check out www.evasivemotorsports.com they have good deals on most project mu pads and other parts for the Z. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the input!
I currently use generic NAPA ceramics with standard calipers & wanted to get some pads with great bite, more so in the rear for when I install my Brembos (finally, almost a year after i got them).
I have the Project Mu e-brake shoes and thought of "keeping it in the family" with the pads.
I will most likely be driving this car in the city but when I get a chance to dink around in the outskirts & mountains, I want to have some reliable pads.
I will do more research but I would still like to hear about other experiences with any Project Mu pads!

So I went through the old post again & found some info.
It seems everyone likes the NS pads for regular driving. They have very low dust & good bite compared to OEM.
The B-Force got a 50/50 review. Some people, such as Ruthless18x above, have them & say they are a great pad for the price, no squeal, low dust & great bite. Others say they squeal, dust like crazy, & feel soft.
I found one thread on the HC+ and the poster said that this was the pad choice in Australia for R33 & R34s for both strret & track. They have some complaints of squeal & dusting but have great heat resistance.
The Taitan Kai's were replaced with the Level Max 900i. They seem to be awesome track pads made with a carbon metal to reduce rotor wear and are resistant to fading.
The D1 Spec are GREAT for locking the tires & made for drifting. They seem to have high rotor wear & high dusting.
Hmmmmmm......
