I've been searching for a DIY guide for installing coilovers. I've seen some videos on other cars, but I want one that is specifically for the 350Z.

 

there are plenty of how to swap spring guides on this forum. its the same steps but easier as you are replacing the entire assembly up front.

have you even jacked up the car? its very obvious what needs to come out.
