Wheel bearing & hub - time to install these puppies
Will probably be doing these this weekend. I will do a step by step DIY if all goes well.

This is the rear. The front is a single hub assembly w/ bearing. The rear has separate bearing & hub. I got mine from Riverside Infiniti.

I just got the bearings for mine, but I took it to a shop to install them since I don't have a bearing press.
The fronts are very easy to do.

How much did the shop charge? I don't have a press either.

Installed the passenger side last night, and it was a little more difficult than I thought. The bolts that hold the hub onto the axle aren't easily accessible. I had to pull the driveshaft out of the axle to get enough room. Vibration and noise has gone down A LOT. There is still a slightly pulsing noise from the drivers side bearing, which I will tackle this weekend.

Does the hub pictured on the left, have a section that slips into the center hole of the bearing on the right? If so is it a press fit?

The hub does need to be pressed into the bearing. It's not too bad, I took it to a local garage and they pressed it in for free cuz the boss wasn't around.

I'll do a write up, but I didn't press the hub into the bearing. The rest of the installation I did.

One of my bearings went bad at around 50k. I blame it on my new rims and drop. The bad bearing started making excessive squeaking noises. I think I paid 160 for labor on mine. Hopefully none of my other bearings go out anytime soon.

did you have to purchase the hub bolts, or did it come with the hub?
