Default hr springs

hey i was wondering this kid said he can get me springs for 100 dollars does that sound like a scam. Also i don't know to much about them. What the difference between lowering springs and coilovers ? isnt it just you can ajust the height of the car. Finally, you need a wheel alignment and would it mess up your car in the long run

well all i can say is i wouldn't trust this "kid". But other than that yeah springs will throw off ur camber, an spc kit will do the trick to fix that tho
