I am trying to get a set of good sway bar to install on my Z, but there are so many of them out there with many different pricing,

So I am here to ask are all the sway bars performance to same, the reason I ask that is the sway bar is just a one bar of metal that change the stiffness of the car, or like another people say you get what you pay for?

If you're worried about cost, and are not autocrossing, then I would just go with Hotchkis for daily driving purposes...

If you plan on AutoX, then possibly 350evo might be a good one or ask the AutoX's here what they prefer.

Nismo bars are slightly stiffer then oem in the front for 2003 and 2004 cars.

Vs 2004.5+ cars that received a 17% stiffer front bar as part of the revised suspension, adding Nismo bars to those cars is a waste of money.

Buy a front and rear adjustable bar set from a company you trust that sells for a price you feel is justified.

DO NOT buy a sway bar based on stiffness claims.

Hotchkis, Eibach, Progress, 350EVO and H&R and all good choices.

LMAO....perfect. It's like you know whatever language he's trying to speak.

In all honesty though, there's really no difference other then how stiff some of them can go. As long as you don't buy some no-name POS then you'll be fine. You can pick a set of COBB tuning's up for cheap, or if you want to spend a little more for what some people think might be a better product (a metal bar, like you tried to say, is very hard to screw up) look a Cusco. Unless your tracking hard, just stick to something cheap, within reason however.

ok OP,

the most popular are the hotchkis. I always tell people to get adjustable ones. and hotchkis have a good track record for quality.

swaybars aren't about just making them stiffer than stock, it's about tuning the handling balance on your car. what one person likes, may not feel good for another and the adjustment allows you to fine tune the car to your liking.

Actually, I am drifting my car, and I want to make the car grip a little bit better from start.
That also help to drift when the car is going side, so the rear wheels can send good amount of power to the ground to execute the drift better; but I don't really know too much about the sway bar things, so I need to know it before I make my purchase. I don't feel like get multiple set of sway bar just to try which one will suit my taste, lol.

So please help me out guys.
